Waukesha South/Mukwonago Wins Div. 1 Swim Title

Waukesha South/Mukwonago won its third consecutive Division 1 State Girls Swimming and Diving team championship Saturday at the UW Natatorium in Madison, Wis.

State Girls Swimming & Diving Preview

The 44th Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Girls Swimming and Diving Championships will be held Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15-16, at the Natatorium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Ticket prices for the meet are $6 and $1 for children 6-years old and under. 

NFHS Releases Swimming & Diving Changes

High school swimmers in the breaststroke event will now be permitted to execute a single butterfly kick on the start or turn at any time prior to the first breaststroke kick.

Waukesha South/Mukwonago; Shorewood Win Girls Swim Title

Waukesha South/Mukwonago repeated as Division 1 girls swimming and diving champions by edging Arrowhead for the second straight season. Waukesha South/Mukwonago scored 279 points, six more than runner-up Arrowhead.

Shorewood captured it sixth State Girls Swimming and Diving team championship and its first since 2003 by scoring 255 points, which is 38 points more than two-time defending champion Milton, which finished second with 217 points.
