The following proposals were developed by Conference Realignment Task Force after the Board of Control remand the impacted plans listed below back to the Task Force for further consideration.  The Board has the option to approve the plans as presented or reject the plans.

The following proposals were created from the Conference Realignment Task Force meeting on Feb. 6, 2025.  Affected schools have the ability to appeal to the Board of Control at its meeting on March 11.  The Board has the options to approve the plans as presented, reject the plans or remand all or parts of the plans back to the Task Force for further consideration.

Football Conference Alignments

In 2022-23 the Conference Realignment Task Force recommended an 8-player and 11-player football plan to begin this season (2024). The final, WIAA Board of Control approved plans are below.

Creation of the Bay Valley Lakes Association Conference (Boys' and Girls' Lacrosse) to consist of Appleton, Bay Port, DePere, Kimberly, Neenah, Notre Dame Academy, Oneida, Pulaski, and Wausau.

The WIAA Board of Control accepted the following proposals from the Conference Realignment Task Force on March 5, 2024.  All accepted plans will take effect in the fall of 2025.
