The 100th running of the State Cross Country meet produced a number of repeat team and individual champions at the The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.
The meet was delayed one hour because of frost on the course with almost ideal conditions by the time the first race began at noon. State Meet Results

Click HERE for sectional cross country results. A handful of sectional meets are scheduled for Friday, Oct. 19 with the majority of the races held on Saturday, Oct. 20.
Heatstroke and heat exhaustion is preventable if the proper precautions are taken. Have water available at all times and to allow the athlete and officials to drink water whenever he/she needs it.
The 100th Anniversary of the State Cross Country Meet will be run Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at the The Ridges Golf Course in Wisconsin Rapids.
