Seeking individual to fill Ticketing Coordinator/Business Operations Assistant Position

Position Purpose: Coordinate tournament ticket operations and assist Controller
Salary & Benefits: Hourly position with full benefits

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties of this position include the following. Employees in this position perform some or all of the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned.

•   State tournament ticketing.
•   Yearly inventory of all office equipment.
•   Prepare investment schedule for auditors.
•   Compile tournament travel expenses for reimbursements to schools.

State Summer Baseball Preview

THE TOURNAMENT: The 49th Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Summer Baseball State Tournament will take place Friday, July 19, at Kapco Park on the campus of Concordia University in Mequon, Wis. Action will begin at noon with the first of two semifinals followed by the championship game at 6:35 p.m. Ticket prices for the tourney are $8 per session and are available only at the park.
