Individuals Crowned; Franklin Co-op, Whitefish Bay Win Team Titles

A pair of perennial high school gymnastics programs continued its success  Friday at the State Gymnastics Team Championship at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.

State Gymnastics Tournament Preview

The 44th Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Gymnastics State Championships will take place Friday and Saturday, March 7-8, at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. A revised schedule for the tournament will be implemented for the first time. The team championships will begin Friday at 2 p.m.  The individual competition will begin at 11:10 a.m. Saturday. Ticket prices for the championships are $6 per session and are available at the door.

Winter Sports to Begin

Boys and girls hockey, gymnastics, and boys basketball begin practice on Monday, November 11.  Boys swimming & dive, wrestling and girls basketball begin on Monday November 18.  All 10-12th graders must report to practice on time and once any athlete begins practice on with a school team, they cannot continue nonschool competition.

Winter Videos Available for Coaches/Officials

The swim/dive, ice hockey, basketball and wrestling rules videos are now available.  Coaches and officials should login and access the videos under either the SCHOOLS TAB or OFFICIALS TAB on the menu bar.
