Marquette, The Prairie School Win Boys Tennis Team Titles

The 2017 State Boys Team Tennis Tournament concluded Saturday with Marquette and The Prairie School celebrating championships at Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, Wis. The Hilltoppers won their third consecutive team title and their 12th overall with a 5-2 victory over Neenah in the championship match. The Prairie School (21-4) claimed the Division 2  championship in its first State Tournament appearance with a 6-1 decision over 2016 champion Edgewood in the championship match. 

State Boys Team Tennis Tournament Preview

The 23rd Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Boys Team Tennis Tournament will be held Friday and Saturday, June 9-10. The meet takes place at the Nielsen Tennis Stadium on the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison, Wis. Action will begin at 5:30 p.m. Friday and will resume at 9 a.m. Saturday. 

Krill, Johnson Win Singles Titles; Budiono/Massart and Tan/Matthews Win Doubles Gold

The 95th Annual Boys Individual Tennis Tournament produced a pair of single champions and two doubles team champions Saturday at Nielsen Tennis Stadium in Madison, Wis.
