State Gymnastics Championships Preview

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The 49th Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Gymnastics State Championships will take place Friday and Saturday, March 1-2, at Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. The team championships will begin Friday at 2 p.m. The individual competition will begin at 11:30 a.m. Saturday.

State Boys & Girls Hockey Tournaments Preview

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The 49th Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Boys Hockey State Tournament and the 18th Girls Hockey State Tournament will take place Thursday-Saturday, Feb. 28-March 2, at Veterans Memorial Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis.

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The 28th Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association State Team Wrestling Tournament will take place Friday and Saturday, March 1-2. The tournament is held at the Field House on the University of Wisconsin campus in Madison, Wis.

40-Second Play Clock, State Option for Postseason Instant Replay Among Football Changes

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (February 11, 2019) — In an effort to establish a more consistent time period between downs in high school football, the play clock will start at 40 seconds instead of 25 seconds in many cases beginning with the 2019 season. 

State Boys Swimming & Diving Championships Preview

STEVENS POINT, Wis. – The 95th Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Boys Swimming and Diving Championships will be held Friday and Saturday, Feb. 15-16, at the Natatorium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Ticket prices for the meet are $6 and are sold only at the UW Natatorium each day of the competition.
