Two-time defending champion Monona Grove entered the WIAA State Division 2 Boys Swimming and Diving Championships as the program to beat, and they proved to be all that and more Friday at the University of Wisconsin Natatorium in Madison.

The Silver Eagles won the first three events to jump out to a lead in the team standings, and they never looked back. They won seven events to propel the program to its third straight Division 2 title and its fourth in the last five season with a score of 381. That team score ranks second-highest in meet history. Ashwaubenon finished second with 232 points, and Grafton placed third with 208.

Madison Memorial won its sixth straight Division 1 title at the 92^nd Annual State Boys Swimming and Diving Championships Saturday at the UW Natatorium in Madison, Wis.

The Spartans amassed 314 points to finish atop the team standings. Madison West finished second with 202 points, and Brookfield Central/East was third with 174.

The 92nd Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Boys Swimming and Diving Championships will be held Friday and Saturday, Feb. 19-20, at the Natatorium on the campus of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wis. Ticket prices for the meet are $6 and are sold only at the UW Natatorium each day of the competition. 

The Spartans won its membership-leading 15^th title with 350.5 points, and Madison West placed second for the third straight year, compiling 201 points. Cedarburg was third with 192 points.
