MADISON, Wis. – Logan Taylor, a senior from Monroe, won the 2026 boys 3-Point Challenge held Saturday morning at the Kohl Center in conjunction with the State Boys Basketball Tournament.
Taylor, representing Division 1, was one of 10 participants in the 3-Point Challenge, which was held for the 10th time. He scored 23 points in the final round to win the contest. Senior Tyler Tiutczenko of Pewaukee was runner-up with 13 points in final round.
Taylor scored 21 points in the semifinal round and Tiutczenko scored 16 points in the second round to advance to the final. Taylor scored a competition-high 23 points in first round to advance to the semifinal round. Tiutczenko opened with 16 points to qualify for the semifinals.
Senior Logan Nystrom of Assumption was third with 14 points in the second round after scoring a competition-high 24 points in the opening round. Noah Miller of Sheboygan Christian advanced from the opening round with a score of 16 and placed fourth with 11 points in the semifinals.
Other participants were senior Cade Felch of D.C. Everest, senior Caleb Dahlke of Fox Valley Lutheran, sophomore Jaryn Popovich of Ashland, junior Kale Schneider of Lodi, senior Beckett Weisgerber of Laconia and sophomore Dylan Brenn at St. Mary Catholic.
