Lucy Dulek, a WIAA employee for 36 years, passed away June 1 at her home surrounded by her loving family. 

Lucy was loved and admired by her co-workers for her positive outlook and her strong faith.  She had been battling cancer for many years.

She graduated from Rosholt High School in 1977 and shortly thereafter began her career at the WIAA.  She started as a claims representative in the Benefit Department.  Once the Benefit Department was eliminated Lucy became the Ticketing Coordinator and also worked very closely with the Controller.  Lucy and her husband Dale have one daughter Erin.  She enjoyed camping, boating, traveling and watching Erin participate in athletics.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Lucy will be held on Saturday June 8, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia.   Friends and relatives will share memories from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Friday at the Shuda Funeral Chapel, Stevens Point.

Lucy will be greatly missed by her WIAA family.
