The Division 1 2016 State Boys Soccer Championship title goes to Marquette University High School after defeating Green Bay Preble 1-0  in the final.  The only score in the game came from Marquette's Thomas Bruneau who headed the ball into the net after a corner kick by Jack Dallman in he 50th minute.  Saves for Connor VanderLinden of Green Bay Preble 8 and for Joe Jochem of Marquette 2.  This is Marquette’s 12th State Boys Soccer title.
