Brodhead/Juda @ Platteville
Sept. 18, 2026
The Brodhead/Juda players exhibited outstanding grace and sportsmanship during their 56-16 defeat to Platteville. As the R, the most impressive thing was the very cordial conduct towards their opponent. Brodhead players (almost universally) clearly put that Friday night contest into the proper perspective. I have never seen that level of emotional maturity at the high school level. Towards the end of the game, I overheard opposing players talking about their plans after high school.
