Exam Instructions

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO ATTEMPTING TO TAKE YOUR EXAM OR WATCHING A VIDEO!

Coaches, please take Part 1 for exams that have 2 parts. Thank you!

Some of the exams had questions removed after initially posted.  Please go through each question carefully to make sure you are answering the question that correlates to the printable version!

1. Feel free to print a copy of the exam. To print the exam, go you will see a list below under "Printable Exams", click on the exam you want to print. Complete your exam using the printed copy and your rules book. Answers on the online exams may not be in the same order as they are on the printed exams, so be sure to read each question and answer again as you complete the online exam. You may also find printable exams within the WIAA Member Dashboard once you have started the exam. Click on the View Exam PDF button to view and print.
2. Go to the Member Dashboard and access the online exam. Enter your answer to each question. You must enter all answers in one session -- if you start and attempt to restart, you will have to start over from the beginning.
3. After you complete the final question, click on the submit and grade button and your score will appear.  Please remain on the page to see the questions that were wrong. There will also be the Rules reference that corresponds with each question underneath.
4. For coaches, your exam score should post to your school's exam report the following day, so your AD can access.  For officials, your exam score will appear in your profile information.
5. We recommend that you save your hard copy of the exam as a reference.
6. To access the videos scroll down the page, and it will be right above the exams section. (ALL RULES MEETINGS)
7. Video certificates: you will be returned to this page which will refresh upon completion of the video. A certificate of completion button will appear to access your certificate.

Rules Videos

Skipping ahead within a video doesn't save your progress. Ultimately, you will need to start over or start prior to where you left off before skipping ahead within the video and watch to the end in order to get your completion certificate. If you leave the video and come back later or watch on a different device, you may lose your progress. Plan to have the alloted time available to watch the video from beginning to end.
