Q: Are the single pull on pads legal if they cover they knees and are under the pants?
A: As long as the knee pad is 3/8 or 1/2 inch thick, it is legal if covered by the pant. They may use the knee pad which goes in the pant, the knee in a girdle, or a wrestling-type of knee pad. The rule states:
