Study to Determine Affects of School Closures on Student-Athletes

STEVENS POINT, Wis. –The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association has endorsed a University of Wisconsin research study to determine how school closures have affected the physical health and well-being of high school students.

Executive Staff Responds to Expanded Contact Days Questions

The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Board of Control voted to cancel 2020 spring sports regular-season competitions and the Tournament Series and extended unrestricted summertime coaching contact for spring sports at its April meeting Tuesday. Official's Licensing Opens May 1 for the 2020-21 School Year

NFHS Halts Printing of Baseball, Softball, Track Rules Publications; 2020 Rules to be Used in 2021 Season

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Due to the cancellation of spring sports at high schools across the country, the National Federation of State High School Associations will not be publishing new rules (both print and digital) for 2021 in the WIAA-sponsored sports of baseball, softball, and track & field.
