WIAA & Resch Center Extend State Tournament Facility Agreement

The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association and PMI Entertainment agreed to a contract extension that grants the WIAA availability of the Resch Center for hosting high school State championships in girls volleyball, boys volleyball and girls basketball through the spring of 2025 in an announcement made at a media conference today.

State Girls Basketball Tournament Preview

The 43rd Annual Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association Girls Basketball State Tournament will take place Thursday-Saturday, March 8-10, at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wis.

Ticket price for the tourney is $10 per session when purchased at the Resch Center. Tickets for the tournament will also be available for purchase online at the Ticket Star website: www.ticketstaronline.com. All-sessions, as well as individual session tickets are available for purchase online for $12 per session. The Board of Control reviewed and approved a number of committee recommendations impacting winter sports, gave initial review and consideration of a newly conceived divisional placement plan for basketball, and engaged in robust membership-related discussions at its June meeting today.
