Summer Contact When School is in Session

Q: Our summer contact was scheduled for the days following the scheduled last day of school. Now with make up days, they overlap. Can this be done?
A: No. Summertime is defined as the last day of school. So contact days may not be held unless school is not is session and out for the summer.
